How does ordering work?
Ordering with us is so easy - you upload click the quantity you would like and upload the photos you would like and check out.
Once your order is confirmed, we usually have it ready and shipped within three working days, if you need this faster please get in touch and we will do our best to accomadate.
What kind of photos can i use?
You can pretty much use any photo you want, just make sure they are of the highest quality.
Can i mix and match?
Absolutely yes! You can either use the same photo multiple times or mix and match to complete the quantity wanted
How do i care for my magnets?
If you get smudges on your magnet, you should only use a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive cloths or chemicals as these may leave scratch marks.
I have placed an order but need to make changes, is this possible?
All orders that have been submitted are final.
We strongly advise you to carefully review your images before finalizing your order to ensure accurate ordering.
Do you accept returns?
We are unable to provide refunds unless the products received are damaged. If you encounter any issues with your order, including damage, please get in touch to resolve this issue.
How long are my images stored on your site?
Our online upload system stores images for 30 days after which they are deleted. You can rest assured the images sent to us do not get used any where else other than to make up your magnets that you have ordered through us.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes! Whether this is for special events (wedding favours, party bags, goodies or giveaways) or business, we are here for you all. Send us an email with your request to Coastalmagnetsandco@outlook.com
